Villa Alvor Moscatel-Galego-Roxo

The best Moscatel-Galego-Roxo grapes are destined for this wine. Before gentle pressing, the grapes were in skin contact for a short period of time. The must was then vinified at low temperatures in stainless steel containers, in order to preserve the freshness and primary aromas of the variety. The silky texture of the wine is the result of aging for 4 months in contact with fine lees.

Villa Alvor Moscatel-Galego-Roxo presents aromas of orange blossom and stone fruits - such as peach and white plum. The initial contact with the skins, followed by fermentation in stainless steel and aging on lees, preserves the freshness of the fruit, while adding a more complex and silky side, very engaging. A surprising and fresh rosé, a tribute to Mediterranean nature.

Villa Alvor Moscatel-Galego-Roxo is a magnificent wine to accompany Asian food, with strong seasonings or sweet and sour sauce or even with fish pasta, stews or bean stews.
