Aveleda Loureiro e Alvarinho 750ml

This wine is the ultimate expression of passion of the Guedes Family for the wine and the most iconic of the region. The harvest takes place at night guarantee the freshness of the grapes and the maintenance of its aromatic properties. Upon arriving at the winemaking center, these are subjected to gentle pressing at low pressures. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out at controlled temperatures, followed by stage in a stainless-steel tank, during which keep the dregs in suspension, allowing extract the maximum aromas from the grape varieties.

Most iconic blend from the Vinho Verde Region: the exuberant aromas of flower elderberry, passion fruit and citrus fruits, typical of Loureiro, complement the notes discreet tropical fruits and Alvarinho white flowers, together with its structure velvety and unctuous.

Aveleda Loureiro and Alvarinho is ideal with salads and fresh vegetables, stewed chicken with peas or sushi and fatty fish, for example, salmon or tuna.
