Villa Alvor White

A careful selection of grapes in an excellent state of ripeness that were gently pressed and vinified at low temperatures in stainless steel vats, in order to preserve the freshness and primary character of the varieties.

Villa Alvor White brings to life two very characteristic elements of the Algarve environment – the ocean and citrus fruits. The first impact on the nose offers us precisely these notes of lemon, white fruit and sea air, which give us an immediate sensation of freshness. In the mouth this freshness is enhanced by the very lively acidity and a touch of salinity that makes it more complex and appealing. It is the perfect accompaniment to Algarve cuisine, which is so focused on the sea.

Villa Alvor White is ideal throughout a meal, especially roasted or grilled fish, seafood or fish curries, or even with salads with vinaigrette or vegetables with balsamic dressings.
